De Projectleider constructbeton staat in voor de dagelijkse leiding en uitvoering van civiele betonwerken ter ondersteuning van infrastructuurprojecten.
De verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:
Het organiseren en aansturen van civiele betonconstructies (wapening, bekisting en beton).
De optimale voorbereiding van projecten (budget, planning, bestellingen, werktekeningen) in samenwerking met de projectmanager en ondersteunende diensten.
De coördinatie tussen bouwheer, studiebureau, ploegbazen, onderaannemers en leveranciers.
Het afroepen van materiaal en materieel, het opstellen van dag- en weekplanningen en het opmaken van vorderingsstaten.
Het bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieunormen.
Het proactief oplossen van technische uitdagingen op basis van een sterke vaktechnische expertise.
