Job Title:

Senior Project Management/Construction Management Manager

Responsible for managing construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Acts as a liaison between the client, contractor, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities

• Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards

• Maintain project documentation (Risk Register, Execution Plan, etc.)

• Review contractor deliverables (programs, testing plans, QA/QC, safety)

• Ensure contract compliance and effective communication among stakeholders

• Manage project risks, issues, and provide solutions

• Lead reporting and construction close-out processes

Supervisory Role:

• Manages external project team and Associate Project Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

• Licensed professional and PMP certification

• At least 8 years experience in residential construction projects

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, SmartSheet)

Technical Skills:

• Construction planning and execution

• Risk management and problem-solving

• Knowledge of safety and QA/QC standards

• Contract review and compliance
