Job Description

You will join our Pakistan team as a Project Trainee supporting EHS and engineering activities. You will help compile, organize and maintain EHS related documents. You will work with engineers, quality & EHS partners and technicians to support the delivery of EHS related projects and activities We value curious learners who take ownership, communicate clearly and want to grow. This role offers hands-on experience, clear responsibility and a chance to contribute to our mission of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.

Responsibilities

  • Emergency Exit Review & Upgradation.
  • Workplace Transport Optimization Project.
  • Optimizing & improving waste flow & interim storage areas.
  • Archive and convert EHS documents from hard copy to electronic formats.
  • Support review and preparation of EHS risk assessments.
  • Help maintain organized filing systems and ensure documents meet site documentation procedures.

Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic document management tools.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing environments and good documentation practice.
  • Strong communication and ability to work across functions.
