YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a driven and experienced People Manager, Project Manager with a passion for managing IT projects and guiding talented development teams, preferably in BI, DWH, Big Data, or Cloud areas. This role involves direct collaboration with external clients, focusing on building strong partnerships and delivering projects with excellence. The ideal candidate values honesty, open communication, and effective teamwork. YOUR TASKS

• Managing scope, schedule, and budget of the project
• Designing and organizing solutions delivery model
• Recruitment, onboarding and introducing new employees to the company and department
• Onboarding of employees to projects based on their experience and competences as well as their recruitment and hiring
• Leading a team developing and maintaining BI, Big Data & Cloud Data solutions designed for the individual needs of our clients

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven track record in leading development teams or managing IT projects in complex environments
• Experience in working with external client
• Honesty, open mind, and good teamwork skills
• Good command of English or/and German
