Project Team Lead (Mechanical)About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Project Team Lead (Mechanical) to coordinate and deliver mechanical projects across the full project lifecycle on site in Pinjarra.Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will lead project delivery activities from tender and procurement through to fabrication, installation, construction and testing, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Why this role?Lead complex mechanical projects from tender through to commissioning.Join a respected Resources & Energy team supporting major WA client.Develop your leadership, project delivery and stakeholder management capabilities.What we offerOpportunity to lead high-profile mechanical projects across the resources sector.Career development supported by Individual Development Plans.16 weeks paid primary parental leave.Complimentary salary continuance insurance.+More!Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning, scheduling and delivery activities to ensure safe, efficient and successful project outcomes.Manage project budgets, forecasts and cost controls while identifying and mitigating delivery risks.Coordinate procurement, subcontractors and suppliers to support project execution requirements.Provide technical leadership and guidance to site teams, clients and project stakeholders.Drive quality, compliance and safety outcomes throughout all stages of project delivery.About YouMechanical Engineering degree or equivalent industry qualification and experience.Extensive experience delivering mechanical projects within construction, resources, energy, oil & gas or heavy industry environments.Demonstrated leadership capability with experience guiding project teams and contractors.Strong project planning, commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement skills.Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement outcomes.Resources & Energy WestUGL provides engineering, construction and maintenance services across industries including oil and gas, power, renewables, resources, water, defence and telecommunications, in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
