Job Description

As a Project Team Intern within Payroll Accounting and Operations (ERL), you will support Project Foxtrot by ensuring high‑quality data analysis and validation across finance and payroll-related datasets. This role contributes to accurate reporting, process transparency, and informed decision-making by working with systems such as Excel, SAP, Power BI, and Celonis in a collaborative, international environment.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Perform detailed data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial and payroll datasets
• Support data integrity by reconciling data between Excel, SAP, Power BI, and Celonis
• Assist with the development and integration of value and analytics reports
• Identify, document, and validate data requirements needed to support business decisions
• Contribute to Project Foxtrot by supporting Payroll Accounting and Operations initiatives
• Collaborate closely with project team members to address business and data-related needs
• Help maintain structured, reliable datasets for reporting and analysis purposes
• Support continuous improvement by flagging data inconsistencies and quality issues

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Ongoing university studies in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Strong English skills (written and spoken); Spanish is an advantage
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility around studies
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Basic understanding of general accounting or payroll processes is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP ECC) is an advantage
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
