Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer acceptance and meeting quality, cost, and delivery commitments for our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including engineering, validation, quality, and manufacturing), supervise customer acceptance performance, and ensure compliance with environment, health, and safety (EHS) standards, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of overseeing serial testing and commissioning activities, as well as defining clear and comprehensive train acceptance criteria, but also ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the agreed timelines and budget.
We’ll look to you for:
Defining clear and exhaustive train acceptance criteria
Overseeing serial testing and commissioning activities
Managing the handover process between manufacturing, testing, and quality checkpoints
Supervising customer acceptance performance for the T&C scope of work
Ensuring compliance with T&C QCD commitments and EHS requirements
Capturing and managing non-conformities while ensuring their resolution
Facilitating effective communication among stakeholders across functions and sites
Driving continuous improvement through Return of Experience (REX)

Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Testing & Commissioning of electrical, control, onboard communications, and network systems within process industries, railways, or factory automation
At least 2 years’ experience in Test Engineering (T&C Methods)
Fluent in English
Knowledge of key electrical and/or mechanical processes (e.g., earthing, bonding, cabling, protection, and instrumentation)
Strong leadership and a result-driven mindset
Ability to foster communication and collaboration across multiple stakeholders
Problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills in complex environments
Experience in high-risk activities associated with electrical work and EHS requirements (desirable)
Team spirit and excellent communication skills
