& RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Systems and Delivery Lead will play a critical role in advancing the firm’s data utilization to drive decision making, improve the performance (execution and coordination of work) of our Civil Structural and Architectural (CSA) subconsultants on large capex projects.The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for operations and a demonstrated ability to lead initiatives that integrate project data - including resource planning, labor curves, schedules, and staff availability - into the decision-making process to support continuous improvement.
Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Manager-level responsibility for resource planning
Lead or support organization wide (or department specific) special projects
Support Business Development efforts for large project pursuits with significant CSA scope of work
Civil Engineering and/or CSA facilitator for execution of large capex projects
Other duties as assigned.
