Pay: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
Local & established firm in the NE Florida area is looking for qualified professional(s) to work as a project surveyor. Candidates must be knowledgeable and have experience in various surveying tasks.
Tasks will include but not limited to, boundary, topographical, ALTA, residential/commercial, legal sketches & descriptions, as-built/record, bathymetric, and other
various types of surveys. Candidates will oversee & manage various surveying tasks to meet project requirements and/or specifications. Candidates must have good organization and communication skills. They also must have a valid diver's license & credible references

Requirements need to include:
• Georgia License in Surveying & Mapping is required. Florida & Georgia license id preferred
• 2 years experience Post Licensure
• Successful history of managing projects
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3d
• Extensive technical knowledge (GPS, Data Collection, and CAD mapping)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Various Survey Tasks, i.e. Planning/Land Development, Residential &
Commercial Construction, ALTA, As-built, Boundary, Bathymetric/Hydrographic, Civil
Construction, Environmental, and Topographic Surveys.
