Nous recrutons actuellement un(e) Subject Matter Expert francophone pour rejoindre notre équipe. (h/f/d)

Vos responsabilités:

  • Prendre en charge les appels de support de premier niveau pendant la période convenue.
  • Animer des sessions de coaching et accompagner les collaborateurs dans leur développement.
  • Assurer un support opérationnel quotidien auprès des équipes.
  • Apporter un soutien à l'équipe Performance Management.
  • Être le point de contact en cas de non-respect des procédures ou des directives.
  • Gérer les appels nécessitant une intervention de niveau superviseur.
  • Animer et piloter les discussions relatives à la qualité.
  • Traiter diverses activités administratives et de back-office.
  • Organiser et dispenser les formations initiales ainsi que les sessions de remise à niveau.
  • Adopter un comportement exemplaire en matière de sécurité de l'information, de protection des données ainsi que de la santé et de la sécurité au travail.

Profil recherché:

  • Au moins 6 mois d'expérience pertinente dans une fonction similaire.
  • Maîtrise courante du français.
  • Bon niveau d’anglais (B2 minimum, un niveau supérieur constitue un atout).
  • Excellente connaissance des processus, outils et technologies utilisés dans l’environnement de travail.
  • Grande fiabilité, flexibilité et sens des responsabilités.
  • Capacité à apprendre rapidement et forte motivation.
  • Une expérience dans la formation ou l'accompagnement d'équipes serait un atout.
  • Attitude professionnelle exemplaire.
  • Esprit d’équipe, aisance relationnelle et volonté de s’impliquer pleinement.

Our Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of proven relevant experience
  • Fluency in French
  • Good command of English (B2+ level is considered an advantage)
  • Strong expertise in processes, tools, and technology
  • High level of reliability and flexibility
  • Quick learner with strong motivation
  • Experience or training background is considered an advantage
  • Exemplary professional behavior
  • Helpful, communicative, and willing to go the extra mile
