ASRC Federal AFSS is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and project management services for real-time, mission-critical defense systems. We are seeking a Project Support Specialist to support a NASA contract in Washington DC.

This is a full-time opportunity through December 2026, with the potential to extend beyond that date based on business and customer needs. This role will provide executive travel arrangement support to NASA Headquarters leadership. Location: The role is primarily remote, offering flexibility to work from home. The customer may request availability to attend on-site meetings as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Provide high quality customer service to high level executives at NASA Headquarters
• Arrange travel orders for all executives in the A-Suite
• Prepare travel vouchers upon return of travel
• Manage shared calendars on an as needed basis
• Maintain and update electronic files, records, and data
• Individual will proactively interface with all levels of management and other program team members to ensure the Directorate has all levels of administrative support covered.
Requirements:
• Government travel experience/knowledge of government travel systems and regulations required.
• CGE and SAP experience desirable.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to support multiple requirements and requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to interface with various levels of management and systems users.
• Must be proactive and quick to respond to customer requests.
• Team player with positive/can-do attitude at all times.
• Individual should have a strong willingness to be part of a team.
• Individual must meet government NAC and citizenship/permanent residency requirements for access to NASA GSFC. Extensive background investigation will be performed as a requirement of the job

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree and four of experience or seven to eight years of experience in lieu of degree.
