In this role, you'll:

  • Provide project and operational support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure time, cost, and quality indicators align with approved project plans
  • Update and collate documentation and records regarding issues, policies, and practices to ensure project delivery complies with the agreed project management methodology
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues
  • Supporting stakeholders with procurement processes and administration of payments

This is a permanent full-time opportunity and is located from any of our state-wide office bases including but not limited to Grafton, Newcastle, Parkes, Milsons Point in Sydney, Wollongong and Wagga.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in project and stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated problem solving, research and data analytical skills and capacity to present information and data in a logical and coherent manner
  • Knowledge and experience with procurement practices and processes
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of corporate computing systems and applications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or related discipline or extensive relevant experience
