The PSG Analyst will serve as a central operational backbone supporting project setup, data governance, timesheet compliance, and system maintenance across global delivery teams. This role requires a strong process mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume transactional work while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

This position is also designed as a pathway into a broader Delivery Project Associate (DPA) role, with opportunities to expand into contract and project lifecycle support over time.

  • Maintain high-quality project and financial data to enable accurate reporting, forecasting, and compliance with organizational policies

  • Manage timesheet processes and support overall time tracking compliance across delivery teams

  • Provide operational support to consulting teams by responding to requests, resolving issues, and ensuring timely execution of key processes

  • Perform regular data reviews and audits to identify discrepancies, ensure data integrity, and uphold governance standards

  • Execute project lifecycle updates, including project creation, modifications, and closure activities

  • Support vendor and third-party data management, ensuring accurate system records and alignment with operational requirements

  • Apply and uphold standardized processes, tools, and data structures to drive consistency and scalability across the organization

  • Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation opportunities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, finance, and operations stakeholders to support smooth execution of consulting engagements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, project support, or business process roles, preferably in a consulting or customer success environment

  • Strong attention to detail with a high standard for data accuracy and quality

  • Experience working with CRM and PSA tools (e.g., Salesforce, Upland) or similar systems

  • Ability to manage high-volume transactional work with consistency and discipline

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet recurring deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders, with the judgment to tailor messaging, level of detail, and approach based on audience (e.g., delivery teams, leadership, and cross-functional partners)

  • Demonstrated ability to follow defined processes while identifying opportunities for improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting consulting or professional services organizations

  • Familiarity with project lifecycle processes, financial tracking, and resource planning concepts

  • Experience working in a global environment across multiple regions and time zones

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams/Slack)

  • Exposure to data governance, reporting, or operational analytics is a plus
