Als Project Support en Events Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en coördinatie van zowel interne als externe evenementen voor onze sales organisatie in België.
Project Support en Events Coördinator – Hasselt, België

Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Je onderhoudt contacten met externe aanbieders en organiseert/coördineert evenementen om het verkoopteam te ondersteunen met activiteiten zoals deelname aan congressen, hands-on evenementen, trainingen etc.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor opvolging van transparantie register
• Je coördineert de beschikbaarheid van producten en commercieel materiaal voor de ondersteuning van onze klinische opleidingsevenementen, waaronder demomateriaal, stands, productbrochures en commerciële flyers en uitnodigingen.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van overeenkomsten met externe partijen
• Je zorgt ervoor dat zowel interne als externe processen en regelgeving worden nageleefd
• Je maakt campagnes in het CRM-systeem en zorgt voor interne en externe follow-up

Vereisten en vaardigheden:

Je hebt een hogere opleiding achter de rug en/of beschikt over aantoonbare en relevante ervaring in gelijkaardige functies. Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend, het beheersen van het Frans en/of is Engels een toegevoegd pluspunt. Sterke schriftelijke en verbale communicatievaardigheden om onder andere rapporten te produceren, instructies te aanvaarden en externe overeenkomsten af te handelen is een 'must-have' voor deze functie.

MS Office beheers je goed, ontwerpsoftware zoals Adobe InDesign is een pluspunt.
Je kunt uitstekend zelfstandig werken en bent pro actief in het oppakken en regelen van activiteiten. Organiseren en het vermogen om te multi-tasken is je passie.
