The opportunity:

Implementing, digitizing & monitoring Project Management performance KPIs as PMO. Support Project Management team (India & Saudi Arabia) in administrative activities related to Project management.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Support Project Managers (India & Saudi Arabia) in commercial activities including coordination of Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit (LC) using GTK tool.

• Assist in preparation and verification of commercial documents as per LC requirements for payment processing.

• Provide support in SAP S/4 HANA inputs, data maintenance, and cleanup activities.

• Support preparation of invoicing documentation and ensure timely processing.

• Maintain and update project Management databases and tracking tools.

• Track and ensure timely updates of PM KPIs such as COTD, upscales, risk and contingency, etc....

• Generate and analyse SAP reports required for project portfolio reviews.

• Maintain PM dashboards and ensure real-time data accuracy for management reviews.

• Collaborate with PMs, Finance, and cross-functional teams for smooth PMO operations.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

• B.Com graduate with 10–15 years of relevant experience in project management or commercial documentation roles.

• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA.

• Strong understanding of commercial documentation, Bank Guarantees, and Letters of Credit.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills.
