The Role
We are seeking suitably qualified and experienced professionals to support the delivery of complex Defence capability outcomes across a range of program, project, engineering and logistics functions.
Working within integrated teams, successful candidates will contribute specialist expertise, collaborate with key stakeholders and support the achievement of critical capability objectives in a fast-paced Defence environment.
Project Support - L2 Practitioner:
We are seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to provide project coordination, reporting and administrative support within a complex Defence capability environment.
Working closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams, you will support the effective delivery of program outcomes through the coordination of project activities, maintenance of project records and documentation, and the provision of accurate and timely reporting. You will contribute to governance, assurance and compliance activities, ensuring information integrity and adherence to established project management processes and frameworks.
This role requires a highly organised professional who can support multiple priorities, maintain accurate records and contribute to the efficient operation of complex program delivery activities.
About You
You are an experienced project, program or administrative support professional with strong organisational skills and the ability to operate effectively within a complex government, Defence or project delivery environment.
You will demonstrate experience in:
You possess strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the successful delivery of program outcomes.
Experience supporting complex Defence or government programs will be highly regarded.
