
• Participate TFC and Contract Review meeting to identify potential supplier risks • Responsible to define CLD according to ASM, implement necessary audit to supplier process at different phase, such as PPAP trial run, run at rate etc. • According to defined frequency in CR to track and check supplier APQP progress and ensure supplier can meet Autoliv requirements both on component quality and on timing plan control. • Define the level of PPAP submission and content details, perform PPAP validation and assure supplier PPAP to be approved correctly. • Perform run at rate and early containment of supplier production as per ASM. • Responsible for supplier problem solving process before PPAP moves to plant. • Responsible for the management of the development process of supplier projects of owned segment. • Owner of the 8D and NCM process from D4 to closure (including NCM issues from all Divisions). • Supplier’s project development and approval (APQP, PPAP) - Involved in the TFC and CTS process with Purchasing, Engineering and Suppliers. - Involved in CLD definition together with Project Buyer and Engineering. - Involved in contract review with Project Purchasing. - Define the SQP tasks based on the CLD and PPAP level required. - Follow up completion of SQP tasks in terms of timing and quality for defined deliverables. - Lead supplier production trial runs and Participate in Run at Rate per CLD. - Perform audits and PFMEA go and see as applicable for new projects. - Define the Incoming inspection / DAR template and manage the IIP (AS412) at the supplier as applicable. - Owner of the PPAP approval. (Ref. AS007, AS404 and AS100) - Escalate SQP delays / deviations according to AS404 • Perform Yokoten within his/her division and initiate global actions with other Segment SQ when applicable following the direction of SQ-GPAD/S. • Contribute to ALV electronic supplier management procedure, Specific Master PFMEA and S-MPS creation and governance when assigned. • Execute supplier audits per AS002 and AS069. • Support other divisions in terms of supplier onsite activities when requested. • AS051 supplier rating and appropriate escalation. • Finish tasks assigned by Manager.
