Stratosphere Quality is hiring a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing leadership experience who enjoys problem solving, working with teams, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
Position: Project Supervisor
Pay: $20/hour
Industry: Manufacturing / Quality Inspection
Experience: 2+ years leadership in manufacturing preferred
Travel: Local travel to customer facilities
Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites
Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met
Train and coach team members
Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships
Develop work instructions and oversee project setup
Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects
