Job Description

Wharton-Smith, Inc is currently seeking an experienced Project Superintendent II with Commercial background in and around the Lee County, FL area. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the direction and daily supervision of all job site field personnel on assigned projects. Responsibilities also include maintaining safety, owner satisfaction, cost, schedule, and quality control.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise field tasks and assist other team members in enforcing safety and quality control at a commercial site.
• Assist in planning and coordination of all field tasks.
• Perform daily administrative tasks, such as delivery control, safety inspections, inspection reports, daily reports.
Technical Skills:
• Basic administrative skills
• Experience with Bluebeam, Excel, Scheduling using P6 or MS Project.
• Construction Document reading, layout and basic survey.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years as an Assistant Superintendent
• Minimum 10 years in commercial construction altogether.
• Valid Driver License and ability to commute to job sites.
