1. 负责产品海外版本的全流程管理，包括但不限于版本测试、部署、提审与发布，重点支持本地化适配与合规审核。
2. 作为与韩国研发团队对接的接口，协调发行方案讨论、双方信息同步，确保跨团队协作顺畅高效。
3. 根据发行运营需求，制定并落实现网发布与热更新计划，对全球各区域的外网发布质量负责。
4. 协调公司内部各技术团队，完成产品海外版本的技术筹备、组件接入以及运营工具后台的搭建与优化。
1. 本科及以上学历，拥有3年以上游戏版本运营或管理经验，有端游/跨端版本管理经验者优先。
2. 韩语能作为工作语言。英语具备良好的读写能力，能够处理英文文档。
3. ACG游戏爱好者，有大世界RPG游戏深度体验经历。
4. 具备出色的跨团队沟通协调能力、项目推动力和抗压能力，能适应跨国协作。
