Ahti Interiors is a design-led sanitaryware brand supplying premium residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects across Indonesia. With a growing team across Indonesia, and international partners, we work closely with architects, designers, and developers on high-quality, long-term projects.

Our focus is on building strong early-stage relationships and ensuring our products are specified into projects from the outset.

Tasks

We are looking for a Specification Manager / Project Specifier to work closely with architects, designers, consultants, and project teams to ensure Ahti Interiors products are specified into projects at the design and planning stage.

This role focuses on early project engagement, technical product guidance, and long-term relationship building It is not a closing or follow-up sales role. Commercial follow-up, pipeline movement, and deal progression are handled by the sales operations team.

The Specifier’s role is to create high-quality, well-positioned opportunities that can be carried forward by the wider sales process.

Requirements

Required Experience

• Experience in a specification, design liaison, or project-focused role
• Background in interiors, architecture, construction, or building products
• Experience working with architects, designers, or consultants
• Strong understanding of long-cycle, project-based sales environments
• Confident professional communication in English
• Organised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
