About Your Company

The hiring company is a Web3-focused global venture-building group. They are seeking a passionate Project Specialist who is responsible for managing the successful execution of projects using the company’s products and solutions. This includes coordinating with customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in marketing and project operations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, managing communication, expectations, and deadlines.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

• Manage the daily operations of the community and social media, including customer services, technical support, and quality checks.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contract terms, change orders, and invoicing.

• Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and share best practices.

• Assist with the development of proposals and bids for new project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, project management, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in project management or web3 business

• Strong communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers

• Strong verbal and written ability in English

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Knowledge of Web3, Crypto, and GameFi is a must
