Job Description

Responsibility：

• In charge of daily AP accounts payable support and FA accounting operation and ICAP monthly settlement.
• Review invoices approval to ensure comply with policy and ER & AP processes.
• Control external and internal AP account payable
• Reconciliation of accounts payable ledgers to identify improper charges, validate transactions, and ensure accurate and timely payment of amounts
• Insure the accurate VAT recorded with AP accounts
• Process fixed asset related transaction and related document check and process tracking(addition, transfer, disposal)
• Insure the accurate and timely Finance reports
• Assist various month/quarter/year end closing related works
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications

Requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or Accounting;
2. Good English communication skills;
3. Familiar with or experienced in Oracle ERP ;
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office with data processing and analytical reporting capabilities;
5. Work meticulously and conscientiously, possess a strong sense of responsibility, have clear logic, and have a strong sense of teamwork spirit.
