1. Strategy Execution: Assist in developing procurement plans for production materials, analyze market trends, optimize procurement processes, and drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
2. Supplier Management for PCB-Related Operations: Develop and maintain supplier relationships, conduct regular performance evaluations, and ensure quality, delivery, and service standards are met.
3. Daily Procurement Operations Management for PCB-Related Operations, including order and contract management, delivery, accounts payable (AP) management, inventory management, and business system operations.
4. Cost Control: Optimize costs through strategic price negotiations and centralized procurement optimization.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, production planning, quality, and other functional departments to advance local PCB production.
6. Data Analysis: Regularly compile procurement data, prepare cost-saving and supplier performance reports, and support management decision-making.
7. ESG-Related: Implement ESG-related management and analysis in the course of daily procurement operations.
Qualifications
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of procurement experience in the semiconductor, printed circuit board (PCB), or probe card industries; familiarity with production-related procurement processes and supplier management;
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference given to candidates with degrees in procurement, supply chain management, business administration, or related fields;
3. Professional experience and expertise in sourcing, requesting quotes, price comparison, and procurement contract negotiation;
4. Proficient in using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) and office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint), with experience working in large enterprises or multinational corporations;
5. Strong English communication skills (CET-6+);
6. A background in finance is preferred;
7. Strong professional ethics and a team-oriented mindset;
8. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
