Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate sales support activities, assist the sales team in completing the entire backend business process, and facilitate various approval workflows based on customer order details and contract terms such as payment and shipping.
• Verify data in the client order system and confirm contract terms and execution details with relevant overseas business departments.
• Confirm shipping information based on order details, verify bank and freight forwarder information with customers, and coordinate with relevant overseas departments to finalize detailed shipping information and shipping documents.
• Support sales in obtaining final acceptance documentation following client system installation, collect relevant documents, and upload them to the client-side system.
• Support sales representatives with client software development project workflows, demo licenses, and various ad-hoc requests.
• DI sales support, quotation preparation, contract preparation, and inventory loan requests. (Possible)
• Support internal meetings and data consolidation.
• Other internal sales support tasks.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher;
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in sales support, sales management, or customer management at a large enterprise or international company; experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred;
• Excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills, as well as a strong ability to learn;
• CET-6 or higher English level.
