Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily treasury operations and cash flow monitoring to enhance capital efficiency.
2. Assist with bank account opening, modification, and related business coordination;
3. Handle employee expense reimbursements to ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls;
4. Provide reimbursement policy consultation and troubleshooting support to employees;
5. Assist with accounts payable related tasks;
6. Assist with fixed asset management, including additions, depreciation, and count etc ;
7. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities;
8. Assist in organizing and archiving financial documents and vouchers to ensure completeness and traceability;
9. Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and support internal process optimization;
10. Complete other finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or Accounting;
2. 1+ year of finance-related work experience (outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered), CPA preferred;
3. Good English communication skills;
4. Familiar with or experienced in Oracle ERP or Kingdee software;
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office with data processing and analytical reporting capabilities;
6. Knowledge of or currently learning Power BI for financial data visualization and analysis;
7. Interest in or practical experience with AI applications in finance is a plus;
8. Work meticulously and conscientiously, possess a strong sense of responsibility, have clear logic, and have a strong sense of teamwork spirit.
