- Responsible for organizing, filing and updating employee files, maintaining the accuracy and completeness of electronic and paper files;
- Complete the organization of other documents.

- Coordinate interview scheduling, follow up interview feedback and hiring process;
- Recruitment data analysis.
Qualifications
【Requirements 】
- Currently enrolled in junior college or above, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, English and other related majors.
- English Level 6 (CET-6) or above, proficient in dealing with English documents and basic communication;
- Proficient in the use of Office software (Excel/PPT/Word), with the ability to handle basic data.
- Meticulous and patient, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and sense of teamwork;
- Passionate about HR work, relevant internship experience is preferred;
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to multi-tasking work rhythm.
- Attendance at least 3 days per week, internship period needs to be guaranteed for more than 3 months.
