Project Site Manager | Brooklyn, NY · $70,000 – $100,000

About the Role A growing subcontracting company is looking for a Project Site Manager to own the day-to-day pulse of multiple active job sites. You'll be the eyes on the ground, keeping safety, quality, and coordination tight while building the kind of subcontractor relationships that actually move projects forward. If you thrive on independence and know how to spot a problem before it becomes one, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

Site Oversight

• Conduct routine site visits to monitor progress, safety conditions, and overall quality
• Identify potential issues, damages, or inconsistencies across job sites

Meetings & Coordination

• Pre-meet with project managers to streamline site meetings and improve efficiency
• Lead or participate in weekly site meetings to review updates and priorities

Subcontractor Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
• Track subcontractor performance and develop familiarity with their work standards
• Ensure all work aligns with company expectations and project requirements

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction site operations and workflows
• Ability to identify safety risks and quality issues proactively
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple sites simultaneously
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and making on-the-ground decisions
