  • Supervise TFA site personnel to ensure adherence to safety programs and proper execution of duties.
  • Provide technical assistance to installers and safeguard equipment from improper installation or operation.
  • Monitor EPC performance related to turbine supply agreement responsibilities and report issues to project leadership.
  • Review and manage extra work authorizations and back charges within approved financial authority.
  • Coordinate and oversee Mitsubishi Power subcontractor activities and site visitors.
  • Manage TFA site administration including timesheets, mobilization, demobilization, coverage planning, and site access.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting through SharePoint, SAR, and PAR systems.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly planning meetings with EPC supervision and site teams.
  • Monitor EPC compliance with safety programs, installation quality, LOTO procedures, and approved drawings and plans.
  • Support dispute resolution between EPC and TFA teams and escalate issues as required.
  • Compile daily and weekly site reports, progress updates, milestone tracking, and final documentation turnover.
  • Manage site purchasing authority for approved expenses and communicate purchases to Project Management.
  • Forecast site resource, tooling, and equipment needs to support EPC schedules.
  • Capture and communicate lessons learned for dissemination across other projects.
  • Demonstrate strong communication with internal teams, EPCs, owners, suppliers, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience serving as a site lead or manager on power generation or turbine installation projects.
  • Thorough understanding of turbine supply agreements, scope of supply, and division of responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and associated balance-of-plant equipment.
  • Proven ability to manage EPC interfaces, claims documentation, and site execution risks.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills across internal teams, EPCs, owners, and suppliers.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint workflows, SAR/PAR systems, and site documentation processes.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel and remain onsite for extended project durations as required.

Why Should You Apply?

  • Excellent Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision & 401K Matching).
  • Excellent development programs and advancement opportunities.
  • Tuition reimbursement and on-the-job training.
