Position Project / Site Administrator
Location Cauldon, Staffordshire
PAYE Pay Rate £15.00-17.00/hr (Including Hol Pay)
Duration 3-4 months
Start Date Immediate
Hours 45-50hrs/week, Monday - Friday
The Role
Our client is currently recruiting for a Project / Site Administrator to work on a large industrial site in Cauldon, Staffordshire. The role involve day to day project administration and duties will include:
Using of all Microsoft packages, word, excel, PowerPoint etc
Maintaining accurate records of all construction activities, including budgets, timelines, and materials used.
Checking time sheets and invoices
Ensuring all project programmes, plans, health, safety and environmental paperwork are up to date
Handling all incoming calls, deal with incoming and outgoing mails and emails, schedule meetings, photocopying and filing, etc.
Liaising between Site Manager and Italian sub contractors.
Requirements
CSCS / CCNSG
Good Italian (written and verbal)
Experience with Microsoft office programmes
Experience on construction / industrial sites an advantage
