About the role:

LRN is seeking a skilled Project Services Associate to join our Professional Services team as a part of our growing global Delivery Function. This role is focused on managing content edits and ensuring seamless project execution that meets client expectations and SLA commitments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and technologically savvy, with a strong interest in eLearning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you'll do:

Project Execution & Delivery:

  • Manage execution of content edits in line with defined SLAs to ensure timely delivery.
  • Participate in daily standups to track progress, clear backlog, and prioritize workload.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and other stakeholders to deliver client-specific requirements effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Subject Matter Expertise & Process Improvement:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on LRN’s proprietary tools, advising on the most efficient approach to project execution.
  • Contribute to product and tool enhancements that improve efficiency and overall project delivery.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Ensure proactive communication with internal stakeholders, maintaining alignment on project priorities and delivery expectations.
  • Support continuous improvements to processes that drive consistency, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience working in project delivery or operations, ideally within an eLearning or SaaS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SLA-driven delivery and backlog management.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Familiarity with proprietary or custom tools, with the ability to quickly adapt and become an SME.
  • Working knowledge of XML and CSS is beneficial.
