Du bist im Project Management verantwortlich für die Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung anspruchsvoller ICT-Projekte. Dabei koordinierst Du interne und externe Stakeholder, stellst die Einhaltung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätszielen sicher und begleitest Kunden durch den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus.
Im Service Management verantwortest du die Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der vereinbarten ICT-Services. Du überwachst Service Levels, analysierst Kennzahlen und steuerst Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Release-Prozesse.
Du verfügst über Erfahrung im ICT-Projekt- und Servicemanagement, gute Kenntnisse in ITIL sowie eine strukturierte, analytische und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise. Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten, runden dein Profil ab.
