As a Medicaid Support Project Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the team, you will be responsible for…

• Support the Central Processing team in work performed for the client.
• Help streamline case-processing activities in a structured, high-volume environment.
• Review, organize, and interpret case-related and operational data to support daily processing needs.
• Identify process issues and help implement operational improvements aligned with project objectives.
• Work on-site in Columbus, Ohio, to support team delivery and client needs.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience supporting Medicaid case-processing and operational activities in a structured, high-volume environment
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, including reviewing, organizing, and interpreting operational or case-related information
• Ability to work on-site 100% of the time in Columbus, Ohio
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting state Medicaid operations
• Experience documenting case-processing workflows or operational procedures
• Experience identifying and supporting implementation of process improvements
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools for operational tracking and analysis
