Reporting directly to the HUB SCM Manager and collaborating with the Singapore Tender Team, you will lead the strategic sourcing lifecycle by developing the Tender Sourcing Plan (TSP) based on client specifications and regional goals. You will facilitate the adoption of this plan among all stakeholders and transition it into a Project Procurement Plan (PPP) during the execution phase. Your primary objective is to manage the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring that all project deliverables are met regarding cost efficiency, quality standards, and schedule requirements.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will participate in the tender and capture team to identify sourcing opportunities and ensure client specifications are included in bidding documents.
You will develop schedules, estimates, and budgets to support all procurement requirements for both the bidding phase and project execution.
You will create and maintain comprehensive sourcing and procurement plans that align with overall territory and global strategies.
You will collaborate with teams to identify and qualify new suppliers and subcontractors according to established company processes.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for all supplier-related topics, coordinating between project execution teams and various internal departments.
You will lead the negotiation and placement of purchase orders, ensuring that price, delivery, and legal terms are consistent with project needs.
You will monitor delivery status and supplier performance through a proactive expediting regime to resolve issues affecting quality or price.
You will report on key performance metrics such as cost avoidance and savings while managing the recording and closure of potential claims.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Y our background:
Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrate at least 5 years of professional experience within both a project environment and a supply chain function.
Have a minimum of 3 years of specific experience in the procurement of tailored equipment, preferably within the Transmission & Distribution business.
Maintain a strong understanding of industrial processes related to large, complex, or turnkey contracts.
Exhibit expertise in the commercial and legal aspects of purchasing, backed by proven negotiation skills.
Display excellent English communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
