Leidos has an opening for a Project Analyst to support the Theater Mission Planning Center (TMPC) Program in our California, MD office. In this role, you will work closely with the lead project scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze a fully integrated master schedule for all contracted activities.

Primary Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, including Gantt charts, critical path analyses, and milestone schedules
Incorporate status updates from cross-functional team members and analyze impacts to the schedule
Build logical task networks and establish schedule dependencies supporting major program milestones
Identify schedule risks and conflicts, and collaborate with the team to develop mitigation strategies
Produce and track status requests to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Compare schedule performance against established baselines
Communicate schedule status effectively to leadership, team members, and customers
Use strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse teams
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma and 3–5 years of relevant experience
US Citizen; Currently possess an Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain upon hire.
Proficiency with MS Project
Experience using OnePager
Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to customers
Preferred Qualifications
PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI‑SP)® certification
Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs

Pay Range $45,500.00 - $82,250.00
