The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “Project Scheduler - Planner (Υπάλληλος Σχεδιασμού και Προγραμματισμού Κατασκευαστικών Έργων)”, for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will be reported to the PMO/Controls Manager of the Projects department in Olympias.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop baseline schedules for projects across all phases (concept, execution, closeout).
  • Maintain and update Level 1–3 schedules for major projects and tailored timelines for smaller projects.
  • Prepare and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule for the global portfolio.
  • Collect progress updates from Project Managers, contractors, and field teams, and update schedules on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Calculate schedule performance metrics (e.g., SPI) and provide input to earned value analysis.
  • Identify delays, critical path shifts, and float erosion, and promptly escalate issues to Project Managers.
  • Conduct scenario analyses (“what-if” scenarios) to evaluate the impact of changes, delays, or constraints.
  • Recommend corrective actions or resequencing plans to meet milestones.
  • Review and validate contractor submitted schedules for logic, alignment, and integration into the Portfolio Master Schedule.
  • Coordinate key milestones and handovers between disciplines, contractors and operations.

Requirements:

  • Technical diploma in related disciplines (e.g., Construction Technology, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Project Planning/Controls). Candidates with proven hands-on experience are also considered.
  • Professional certifications are highly desirable (Primavera P6, MS Project, Earned Value Management).
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in heavy industry or EPC environments.
  • Experience in multi-project portfolio planning is a plus.
  • Field planning or contractor-side experience is a plus.
  • Previous work in an owner’s team or EPCM support role is highly desirable.
  • Strong safety mindset and practical problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Critical Path Method, Earned Value concepts, and schedule risk analysis.
  • Ability to visualize and communicate schedules clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to dependencies, constraints, and logistics.
