$110,000 - $139000 / year (total compensation)
Primarily working on MTA C&D transit contracts, the Project Scheduler must understand the overall type and size of the contract they are working on. They should have an understanding of the different construction disciplines that will be on the project at different stages. The project scheduler must understand the number of work crews and subcontractors on the project. The project scheduler is responsible for preparing and submitting daily and weekly schedules to coordinate contractors’ and subcontractors' workforces with MTA C&D-supplied services. This includes ordering general orders, flagmen, access and protection, work trains, etc. Creating documents that track and coordinate all the work activities of the project. The project scheduler will coordinate all activities with the Project Managers, General Foreman, Field Engineers, Subcontractors, etc., who will be providing the information needed by the project scheduler. Attend scheduled meetings to document and implement all required schedule changes. Inform the project's team of any changes or conditions to the project's schedule. Managing support staff to assist in developing the required documents.
