The Scheduler II is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project plans, schedules, and earned value progress measurement systems for small to large projects. Working under general supervision, this role supports project execution through schedule development, progress tracking, forecasting, delay identification, and schedule performance analysis.
The position works closely with Project Managers, Project Controls personnel, engineering teams, and project stakeholders to establish and maintain project schedules that support successful execution. The role contributes to schedule development, progress measurement, planning workshops, project controls reporting, and schedule management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
In addition, the Scheduler II supports continuous improvement initiatives related to planning tools, scheduling templates, and progress measurement methodologies while ensuring consistency and accuracy of scheduling deliverables.
