About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our Adelaide-based team in Pooraka, SA, working as a key part of our Project Management Office (PMO).

This role is critical to the successful delivery of complex energy infrastructure and renewable projects, providing robust scheduling, forecasting, and performance insights across the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and delivery teams to ensure accurate planning, schedule control, and risk visibility, helping drive projects to successful, on-time outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules using MS Project (MSP) and Primavera P6
  • Establish and manage baseline schedules, including scope, milestones, and dependencies
  • Monitor project performance, updating schedules to reflect progress, risks, and changes
  • Conduct critical path analysis and identify delays with mitigation strategies
  • Produce schedule reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate planning and resource alignment
  • Support PMO governance, ensuring alignment with project controls frameworks and reporting standards
  • Contribute to risk and cost integration within project controls processes
  • Facilitate planning workshops and stakeholder engagement to ensure schedule accuracy and buy-in
  • Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes, tools, and data quality

About You

You are an experienced and proactive scheduler with strong analytical capability and a collaborative approach.

  • Proven experience as a Project Scheduler / Planner in complex project environments
  • Strong proficiency in MS Project (MSP) and Primavera P6
  • Experience within energy infrastructure, utilities, or renewable projects (highly regarded)
  • Solid understanding of project lifecycle, scheduling methodologies, and project controls
  • Demonstrated ability in critical path analysis, forecasting, and schedule optimisation
  • Experience working within a PMO or project controls environment strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process and reporting enhancements
