  • Develop and maintain contract-stage schedules from award through close-out, integrating engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning into a single coherent plan
  • Apply CPM analysis and float management to identify risks and opportunities early, advising Project Directors on mitigation strategies
  • Prepare progress reports, S-curves and deviation analyses for internal and contractual audiences, keeping customers, partners and suppliers informed
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and procedures; maintain a robust as-built schedule documenting baseline versus actual execution
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of Project Schedulers and provide schedule representation with external partners and clients

Qualifications

  • 3+ years project scheduling experience within an EPC environment with solid knowledge of plant business across the full lifecycle
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, with solid MS Office skills and knowledge of PM methodologies
  • Ability to apply CPM and float management to complex multi-discipline schedules and translate data into clear recommendations
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, any other language will be considered as a plus
