Job Description

In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team delivering portfolio level project scheduling and timeline management.

This role will see you support the development, maintenance and monitoring of project schedules, assist with tracking key activities and milestones and maintain schedule documentation in line with the Schedule Management Framework.

You will build reliable schedule data and support accurate schedule reporting across a portfolio of projects under guidance and within a structured project delivery environment.

About you

You will have strong project scheduling and coordination skills, with the ability to support integrated schedules, track activities and milestones, whilst working to tight deadlines.

You bring sound analytical skills to maintain scheduling data and support progress tracking, analysis and reporting.

You will be well organised and detail focused, supporting procurement and reporting through accurate, compliant schedule documentation.
