Working primarily within Black & McDonald’s existing client base in the Kitchener, Cambridge, Waterloo, Guelph areas, the project sales representative is focused around supporting the service project sales team through estimating, sales, account management and project operations in this geographic area. Reporting to the Projects Team Supervisor, the project sales representative will support clients and B&M technicians in their assigned territory to grow the business within our existing client base.

The expected salary range for this role is between $70,000 - $80,000, plus a company vehicle or vehicle allowance The starting salary will be determined based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Base pay is one component of Black & McDonald’s total rewards package. Total rewards vary by position and may include additional offerings such as group insurance benefits, pension plan, annual discretionary bonus, career development programs, and other HR programs.
