Budget Not over than 100,000 THB (Can negotiate)

Working hours Monday - Friday at 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. (On-site)

Conditions1 year contract under client and will convert to the permanent

Location Ratchadaphisek, Bangkok

Interview process 2 - 3 rounds

Responsibilities :

• Collect customer information in real estate industry and create customers file including Developer, MEP Designer, Contractor, System integrator
• Visit and support key customers frequently including customers decision maker chain and different key person
• Find customer needs and pain point, provide support and service in a timely and effective manner
• Respond to customers requirements fast and give the solutions in time.
• Put the company in the vendor list of different developers, designers, contractors as much as possible
• Cook and find project opportunities and hit the pipeline target as required in real estate industry
• Achieve the sales target as required
• Project planning and managing and updating properly
• Coordinate with other project team members
• Responsible for bidding and signing sales contract, following up delivery, cash collection process.

Qualifications :

• Thai candidate and age is not over than 45 years old.
• Bachelor or above degree of IT, Marketing or Sales field
• At least 5 years of work experience in Real Estate projects such as condominium, apartment, and office building projects.
• Having existing customers of real estate projects
• Having experience of bidding and managing key accounts
• Having experience in smart technology or security product such as CCTV, and access control is an advantage.
• Having CCTV background in IP, IT, and Networking is an advantage
• Have Strong connections and relationship with clients such as designers, developer, contractor, sub-contractor, Electrical Systems Company.
• Good command of English
• Good command of Chinese is a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills
