The (PSC) is responsible for leading and managing all construction safety activities from project commencement through substantial completion. This role ensures full compliance with federal, state, and project-specific safety standards while fostering a proactive, positive safety culture. The PSC will remain active on the project until the ODR provides written concurrence for removal.
