Responsibilities:Responsible for cost estimation and BQ/tender submission with deadlineSource, negotiate price and work with new and existing vendorsResponsible for material order processing and cost controlProject coordination and liaising with subcontractors and vendors.Attend site matters and handle clientsâ needs.Assist Contract Manager on project administrative mattersUpdate project accounts with clients and vendors
Requirements:Degree/Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveyor with equivalent qualifications.Min 3 year relevant experience in construction-related environment.Ability to work independently in a fast pace environmentComputer literacy and knowledge of AutoCAD are required.Knowledge of Architectural & ID works is an added advantage.Pleasant personality, resourceful, good initiative and good interpersonal skills.
