We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Quality Officer to join our team and support the successful delivery of complex Defence projects.
Reporting to the QA Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring quality requirements are effectively integrated throughout the project lifecycle. You'll work closely with project teams, production personnel and business leaders to develop robust quality processes, conduct inspections and audits, investigate issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
This position requires a hands-on professional who is comfortable working across both office and workshop environments, building strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and customers while supporting quality outcomes across the business.
About the Role:
As our Project Quality Officer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards across projects from initiation through to delivery.
You will support the development of quality systems, provide assurance that project requirements are being met and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
No two days will be the same, with exposure to audits, inspections, testing activities, process development and continuous improvement initiatives across a diverse project environment.
