The role of Project Quality Leader is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Lozorno, Sovakia

Responsibilities:

• Reinforce customer quality interface for the project team
• Have independent customer position in the project especially for escalation process of quality risks
• Support the plant and project organization to secure launch and ramp-up
• Be the link between plant quality organization and project team
• Lead the customer APQP process to achieve the customer approval by deploying the customer specific requirements to the core team members and validating the core teams deliverables before presenting to the customer with the Program Manager
• Identify the gaps in the quality deliverables to the customer requirements back to the core team members and escalate to the Program Manager and Customer Quality Manager when there is a risk to achieve the project quality objectives & customer satisfaction
• Support the plant quality manager’s team in order to ensure all quality processes are efficiently deployed into the plant organization and are effective to secure the start of production

Requirements:

• Experience in project quality management, preferably in automotive or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of APQP and customer-specific quality requirements
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with plant quality organizations
• Familiarity with quality tools and systems (e.g. KEOPS, OPTIMAP, 8D, risk analysis)
• Excellent communication and escalation skills in customer-facing roles
• Analytical mindset and ability to identify gaps and risks in quality deliverables
• Experience in managing quality documentation and supporting change processes
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and lessons learned sharing
