Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project quality plans.
  • Define quality objectives, KPIs, and acceptance criteria for projects.
  • Participate in project kick-off meetings.
  • Support new product development and NPI activities.
  • Coordinate First Article Inspection (FAI), PPAP, and validation activities.
  • Monitor project deliverables.
  • Conduct FMEA to identify and mitigate potential quality issues.
  • Track and manage non-conformance reports (NCR) and ensure timely closure.
  • Perform root cause analysis using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone Diagram.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address project-related quality issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
  • Coordinate with supplier quality and process teams to ensure material and process readiness.
  • Support customer audits, project reviews, and quality reporting.
  • Maintain accurate project quality documentation, reports, and records.
  • Prepare quality reports and present project status to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).
  • Proven experience in quality engineering, preferably in manufacturing or project-based environments.
  • Experience in NPI, project management, or product development quality.
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools and standards (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, 8D, ISO).
