Your Key Responsibilities

• Proactively takeover newly launched projects from Project Purchasing.
• Responsible for all location specific Purchasing and Supplier Management activities during series production, incl. single POs & scheduling agreements.
• Ensure vendor and material-related data quality in close collaboration with the Shared Service Center.
• Reporting & budgeting for location-related material.
• Drive active collaboration with SCM/SQS and suppliers in case of material shortage and quality spills.
• Responsible for location-specific claim cost recovery and supplier tool management.
• Track and evaluate project-related changes (of purchased parts).
• Negotiation of project-specific conditions in alignment with Category Manager.
• Track of cost reduction programs/ technical savings to optimize supplier manufacturing costs in alignment with, Advance purchasing & R&D and Supplier Technology Engineer (STE) (before and after SOP.

Your Qualifications

• 
  3–5 years of experience in supplier negotiation or procurement roles.
• 
  Experience within the automotive and/or aerospace industries.
• Hands-on experience with Supply On, SAP; PowerBI is knowledge is considered a strong advantage.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
