Your Key Responsibilities ：

• 报价阶段核算物料成本并负责在批量生产前实现目标价格。Calculate Bill-of-Material (BOM) during acquisition phase and responsible for meeting BOM cost before SOP.
• 负责新零件的供应商选择过程Responsible to control the new components sourcing process for selection of supplier.
• 支持在供应商相关重大节点满足项目开发需求，包括早期供应商介入，供应商先期质量开发等阶段。Support to control the supplier related milestones during the product development phase, including Early Supplier Involvement (ESI), continuous feedback of APQP / PPAP status from SOM, etc.
• 负责业务单元产品降本与成本优化项目，负责国产化与供应商二点开发及技术降本活动。Responsible for Cost Reduction Programs (CRP) / Product Cost Optimization (PCO) for BU's products, responsible for localization and 2nd sourcing / Support Re-DTC activities.
• 支持供应商批量阶段的交付问题、变更、停止供货、索赔等。Support supplier delivery, change management, termination and claim topics in serial production
• 原型采购职责，新产品新零件采购统筹管理，图纸解读和技术对接，商务谈判和问题解决

Your Qualifications ：

• 大学全日制本科及以上，工程或管理专业。Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 五年以上汽车行业采购经验，英语口语及读写流利。5+ years purchasing experiences in automotive industry, fluent spoken and written English skills.
• 掌握汽车零部件制造流程基础知识，有无刷电机相关产品知识优先。Good knowledge of part / component manufacturing process, and knowledge of BLDC products within Business Division is a plus.
• 具备磁铁，硅钢片，包塑，拉伸机壳，压铸机壳等零件制造工艺及成本知识。Possess knowledge of manufacturing processes and costs structure for components such as magnets, silicon steel sheets, plastic coatings, Stamping motor housing and die-casting motor housing.
